"Dear Lord, save us from ourselves."

February 08, 2015

Did you know the average American checks their phone 150 times a day? That's more than we've hugged our loved ones in the past month... - PureWow Blog

Let's repeat that, we look at our phones more than we hug the people WE LOVE. Our social interaction has dwindled since Facebook, Twitter, texting... don't freak, there is help for us! Checkout the app, Moment. It studies your habits and then when you can handle the truth, tells you how much time you use your phone. Yep. It tells you how much you workout those thumbs between emails, tweets, and instant messages. If you're really brave, you can set limits on how much you use your phone and Moment will be sure to remind you when it's up!

Just breathe, you're going to be okay. Plus you may be surprised by what some face to face interaction can bring you - the possibilities are endless...

DO IT!
