Gratitude - start today!

Are you grateful? Try this, list five things you are grateful for… RIGHT NOW!!

Was it hard or easy? Were you boasting with gratitude or struggling to find a few things to list?

It’s proven, being grateful daily can change your attitude, life, relationships! 


So start now - write down five things you are grateful for.  It’s a game changer.  Watch as you now may have perspective where there was none or see that all things are relative.  Focus on what you are grateful for and you will find joy in life.  Here are a few ways we like to show, journal, say, and express our gratitude…

  • write it down - a daily journal, app or post it… all work great
  • say it - tell them why you are grateful
  • prayers - start your day with an “I’m thankful to be here and have this day”, end it with your thanks and prayers
  • focus on it - when you need perspective focus on what you are grateful for

Mainly, say, “Thank You.” a lot and enjoy the happiness you will find from having gratitude.

So have a better day and perk up! We have so much to be thankful for.
